GetItCustom - Our Easy 5 Step Design Process
We have a very simple step by step ordering process. We will collect the information we require from you to create that perfect logo, website, brochure or stationery.

Step 1: Collecting the required information:
We have detailed forms available that will require you to tell us about your company, specific ideas and contact information. If you have sketches, fonts, exisiting logos you can upload them on our question form page.

Step 2: Payment Required
Once we have the information you will be redirected to the payment portion of our site. We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery, Echeck (Please note if you use echeck or money order we will not start on the logo or any project until it has cleared)

Step 3: Initial Concepts Arrive
With the information you have provided us we will begin working on your initial samples. Within 24 Hours to 5 Days your concepts will arrive depending on the package you purchase. You will be able to view the samples from our website when they are finished.

Step 4: Revision Process
Once you have received the logo samples / other design material you can email us or live chat with a rep and we can talk to you about the changes or redraw of your project (please read specific features with each package about revisions etc). We offer unlimited revisions until its perfect. Please note a revision is a color change, font change, text change, reposition of certain elements of the logo design.

Step 5: Final Files and Instructions on how to use them
Once the final logo / project is finished we will upload your files in a zip format to our secure server. We will keep the files there for 1 year and backed up.
